We hope that you will love our limited edition prints. We take every care to produce, quality control, authenticate, package and ship our prints. As each piece is an individually commissioned work on a per order basis and part of a series of limited, numbered and original art it is, as such, once ordered, non-refundable.
However, we want the prints received by you to be perfect. Therefore, if it is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Given the opportunity, we will endeavor to resolve matters for you as quickly as possible. We will require the original print to be returned, suitably packaged so as not to incur any further damage. On receipt, the print will be inspected. If appropriate, the original will be destroyed to preserve exclusivity and a new print produced and re-shipped to you free of charge.
Please ensure that you view prints on our website using a high quality and preferably color-calibrated monitor. This will ensure that the colors and definition of what you see on screen is as close to that of the actual print.
RETURNING A PRINT
All returned prints for reasons of damage must be returned using a priority certified signed for postal service. PROOF OF POST AND DELIVERY MUST BE RETAINED.
Re-pack the item in its original packaging, if appropriate, with labels still attached.
Cover your address label with a new one with the following returns address:

Return the package by using the service described above via your national Post Office.
